Christos Syros

Managing Director, Co-Founder

Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with over 15 years of experience in technical ship management for tankers and bulk carriers.
Since 2023 he has been the founder of Navaleon Maritime Services, providing
supervision, ship repair coordination, technical consulting to shipping companies, backed by strong hands-on sea service , dry-docking, repairs, and ISM internal auditing.

Olympia Papazoglou

Commercial Director, Co-Founder

Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with extensive international experience across shipyards, class, and shipowners, spanning offshore drilling units, and other MODUS , LNG carriers and bulk carriers. She has led complex newbuilding, conversion, repair, and reactivation projects as Site/Project Manager in Korea, the Netherlands and China

Antonios Iliopoulos

Project Manager

Instrumentation and Controls Engineer with two decades of offshore oil and gas experience, covering newbuild, SPS, reactivation, upgrade and repair projects on FPSOs, 6th generation drillships, DP3 semis and harsh-environment MODUs worldwide; Most recently managed energy-efficiency and ESG-driven pgrade projects for Seadrill rigs in Norway, combining deep technical expertise with full-lifecycle project management, risk, HSE and stakeholder oversight.

George Karayannis

Head of Legal

A legal expert in the energy sector. He has managed corporate affairs, LNG-FSRU licensing, and regulatory compliance, acting as liaison to ExxonMobil LNG, the Regulatory Authority of Energy, and Greece's Ministry of Energy; Spent over two decades as business legal counsel across maritime, construction, aviation, and defence in Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
