Navaleon was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that complex maritime and offshore projects deserve a partner who takes full ownership — not a chain of contractors passing responsibility down the line.
Drawing on over 30 years of combined experience in offshore, oil & gas, and maritime engineering, we built a company that acts as a single point of responsibility — combining advanced engineering capability, proven technologies, and a rigorously qualified global partner network.
From our Greek maritime roots to our operational presence across major international hubs, we bring world-class standards and genuine resourcefulness to every project we undertake.
We don't manage from a distance. We engage early, stay close, and take full accountability for cost, schedule, and quality — from first assessment to final handover.
Every recommendation, every decision, every solution is grounded in engineering logic. We identify risk before it becomes cost, and we solve problems before they become delays.
We build long-term relationships — with our clients, our OEM partners, class societies, and yards. Trust is not a value we display on a wall. It's how we operate every day.
Our particular strength lies in control systems and systems integration — the area responsible for the majority of rig reactivation failures — where our expertise in DCS migration, obsolescence assessment, and functional safety compliance sets us apart.
